Staff Maximo Applications Developer

Job Summary

To support a collaborative team, the full-time Staff Maximo Applications Developer will analyze complex business challenges, design and develop applications on the IBM Maximo platform, and participate in the entire software development lifecycle while working onsite.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze business challenges and translate them into effective Maximo-based solutions
• Design, develop, and support applications on the IBM Maximo platform, including integrations with enterprise systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure quality through testing and documentation

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 8-12 years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 5-7 years of experience
• Extensive experience with IBM Maximo, including implementation, configuration, and customization
• Proficiency in Python, Jython, JavaScript, SQL, and XML for automation and integrations
• Strong understanding of Maximo architecture, workflows, and integration frameworks
• Experience with building complex BIRT reports and REST/JSON integrations
