Staff Maximo Applications Developer

Job Summary

To support a collaborative team, the full-time Staff Maximo Applications Developer will design, develop, and support applications on the IBM Maximo platform, analyzing complex business challenges and translating them into effective solutions while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support applications on the IBM Maximo platform throughout the software development lifecycle
• Build and support integrations with enterprise systems using Web Services, REST/SOAP, and Maximo Integration Framework
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across applications, integrations, workflows, and reporting while maintaining system documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 8-12 years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 5-7 years of experience, or a PhD with 2-4 years of experience
• Extensive experience with IBM Maximo, including implementation, configuration, and customization
• Proficiency in Python, Jython, JavaScript, SQL, and XML for automation and integrations
• Strong understanding of Maximo architecture, including Application Designer and workflows
• Experience with REST/JSON integrations and building complex BIRT reports
