Staff Maximo Applications Developer

Job Summary

Analyzing complex business challenges, the full-time Staff Maximo Applications Developer will design, develop, and support applications on the IBM Maximo platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop Maximo-based solutions, enhancing the platform through configurations and customizations
• Participate in the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring quality through testing and documentation
• Build and support integrations with enterprise systems using Web Services, REST/SOAP, and Maximo Integration Framework

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 8-12 years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 5-7 years of experience
• Extensive experience with IBM Maximo, including implementation, configuration, and customization
• Proficiency in Python, Jython, JavaScript, SQL, and XML for automation and integrations
• Strong understanding of Maximo architecture, workflows, and integration frameworks
• Experience with building complex BIRT reports and working with REST/JSON integrations
