Staff Maximo Applications Developer

Job Summary

Analyzing complex business challenges, the full-time Staff Maximo Applications Developer will design, develop, and support applications on the IBM Maximo platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Maximo applications, enhancing them through configurations and customizations
• Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and build integrations with enterprise systems using various technologies
• Create validation documents and execute test plans to ensure application quality and performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 8-12 years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 5-7 years of experience
• Extensive experience with IBM Maximo, including implementation, configuration, and customization
• Proficiency in Python, Jython, JavaScript, SQL, and XML for automation and integrations
• Strong understanding of Maximo architecture, workflows, and integration frameworks
• Experience building complex BIRT reports and working with REST/JSON integrations
