Staff Maximo Applications Developer

Job Summary

To support the development of enterprise applications, the full-time Staff Maximo Applications Developer will design, develop, and maintain solutions on the IBM Maximo platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams and enhancing system integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze complex business challenges and translate them into effective Maximo-based solutions
• Design, develop, and support applications on the IBM Maximo platform throughout the software development lifecycle
• Build and support integrations with enterprise systems using Web Services, REST/SOAP, and Maximo Integration Framework

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
• 8-12 years of experience with IBM Maximo, including implementation, configuration, and customization
• Proficiency in Python, Jython, JavaScript, SQL, and XML for automation and integrations
• Experience building complex BIRT reports and implementing workflow processes
• Strong understanding of Maximo architecture, including Application Designer and integration frameworks
