Staff Maximo Applications Developer

Job Summary

Experienced developers will find a full-time opportunity as a Staff Maximo Applications Developer, responsible for designing, developing, and supporting applications on the IBM Maximo platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze complex business challenges and translate them into effective Maximo-based solutions
• Design, develop, and support applications on the IBM Maximo platform throughout the software development lifecycle
• Build and support integrations with enterprise systems using Web Services, REST/SOAP, and Maximo Integration Framework

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
• 8-12 years of experience with IBM Maximo, including implementation and customization
• Proficiency in Python, Jython, JavaScript, SQL, and XML for automation and integrations
• Strong understanding of Maximo architecture, including Application Designer and workflows
• Experience with complex BIRT reports and REST/JSON integrations across enterprise systems
