Staff Maximo Applications Developer

Job Summary

Analyzing complex business challenges, the full-time Staff Maximo Applications Developer will design, develop, and support applications on the IBM Maximo platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop Maximo-based solutions to address business needs
• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment
• Enhance Maximo through configurations, workflows, and integrations with enterprise systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 8-12 years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 5-7 years, or a PhD with 2-4 years of experience
• Extensive experience with IBM Maximo, including implementation and customization
• Proficiency in Python, Jython, JavaScript, SQL, and XML
• Strong understanding of Maximo architecture and integration frameworks
• Experience with BIRT report building and REST/JSON integrations
