Staff Maximo Applications Developer

Job Summary

To support a collaborative team, the full-time Staff Maximo Applications Developer will design, develop, and support applications on the IBM Maximo platform, translating complex business challenges into effective solutions while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business challenges and develop Maximo-based solutions throughout the software development lifecycle
• Build and support integrations with enterprise systems and enhance Maximo through configurations, workflows, and customizations
• Create validation documents and test plans to ensure quality while mentoring teammates and fostering a culture of continuous learning

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 8-12 years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 5-7 years of experience, or a PhD with 2-4 years of experience
• Extensive experience with IBM Maximo, including implementation, configuration, and customization
• Proficiency in Python, Jython, JavaScript, SQL, and XML for automation and integrations
• Experience building complex BIRT reports and implementing workflow processes
• Strong understanding of Maximo architecture, including integration frameworks and database systems
