Staff Maximo Applications Developer

Job Summary

To support a collaborative team focused on enterprise applications, the full-time Staff Maximo Applications Developer will analyze complex business challenges, design and develop solutions on the IBM Maximo platform, and participate in the software development lifecycle while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business challenges and translate them into effective Maximo-based solutions
• Design, develop, and support applications on the IBM Maximo platform, including integrations with enterprise systems
• Mentor teammates and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 8-12 years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 5-7 years of experience
• Extensive experience with IBM Maximo, including implementation, configuration, and customization
• Proficiency in Python, Jython, JavaScript, SQL, and XML for automation and integrations
• Strong understanding of Maximo architecture, including workflows and integration frameworks
• Experience with REST/JSON integrations and building complex BIRT reports
