Staff Maximo Developer

Job Summary

To support a collaborative team focused on enterprise applications, the full-time Staff Maximo Developer will analyze complex business challenges, design and develop solutions on the IBM Maximo platform, and participate in the entire software development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business challenges and translate them into effective Maximo-based solutions
• Design, develop, and support applications on the IBM Maximo platform, including integrations with enterprise systems
• Mentor teammates and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 8-12 years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 5-7 years of experience, or a PhD with 2-4 years of experience
• Extensive experience with IBM Maximo, including implementation, configuration, and customization
• Proficiency in Python, Jython, JavaScript, SQL, and XML for automation and integrations
• Strong understanding of Maximo architecture and experience building complex BIRT reports
• Familiarity with REST/JSON integrations and database systems, particularly DB2
