Staff ML Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a Staff ML Engineer for ML Infra / MLOps, this full-time position will design and implement scalable ML infrastructure, optimize performance and cost, and mentor junior engineers in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Architect the end-to-end technical design of Quince's ML platform, ensuring modularity and scalability
• Design and implement a seamless developer experience for Data Scientists and AI Researchers to facilitate production readiness
• Set engineering standards for CI/CD, model versioning, and deployment strategies while building supportive tooling

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of industry experience, with at least 4+ years in ML Infrastructure or MLOps
• Proven experience designing and building MLOps platforms for the full model lifecycle
• Deep expertise in cloud-native infrastructure, preferably AWS, and tools like Kubernetes and Docker
• Hands-on mastery of ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Expertise in building Feature Stores and high-throughput data pipelines
