Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff ML Research Scientist, Co-Folding and Affinity.

Key Responsibilities

• Pioneer novel architectures for protein-ligand co-folding and affinity prediction
• Architect product integration by equipping software products with advanced predictive capabilities
• Orchestrate technical strategy, ensuring models are optimized for large-scale drug discovery applications

Required Qualifications

• PhD in Computer Science, Computational Chemistry, or a related field
• At least 4 years of post-PhD experience in a professional industry setting
• Hands-on experience developing co-folding and/or affinity prediction models
• Proven excellence in co-folding and/or affinity prediction, with relevant publications
• Experience in a professional software team, proficient in Python and modern ML frameworks
