Staff Mobile Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Mobile Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable, high-performance mobile applications using Flutter, React Native, and native iOS and Android technologies
• Define mobile architecture patterns and partner with backend teams to design supporting APIs and services
• Lead technical decision-making for mobile platforms and mentor other mobile engineers

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on mobile development
• Deep hands-on experience with Flutter and React Native, and strong experience in native iOS and Android development
• Solid understanding of mobile application architecture and experience integrating with backend APIs
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile builds and understanding of performance optimization and mobile security best practices
• Proven ability to lead through technical influence and collaborate effectively across teams
