Staff Mobile Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the architecture and delivery of complex mobile applications, the contract Staff Mobile Engineer will work remotely to define mobile strategy, mentor junior engineers, and ensure high-quality, scalable systems across iOS and Android platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Define mobile architecture and technical strategy for iOS and Android applications
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable mobile platforms and complex UI systems
• Establish mobile engineering standards and mentor junior engineers to enhance their skills

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of mobile development experience with strong expertise in both iOS and Android
• Expert proficiency in Swift and Kotlin
• Deep experience with modern mobile UI frameworks such as SwiftUI, UIKit, and Jetpack Compose
• Strong CI/CD and release management experience using tools like Fastlane and GitHub Actions
• Demonstrated leadership and technical mentoring experience
