Staff Mobile Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the architecture and delivery of complex mobile applications across iOS and Android, the full-time Staff Mobile Engineer will define mobile architecture, mentor junior engineers, and ensure high-quality, scalable systems while working remotely from anywhere in the US.

Key responsibilities

• Define mobile architecture and technical strategy for iOS and Android applications
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable mobile platforms and complex UI systems
• Establish mobile engineering standards and mentor junior and mid-level engineers

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of mobile development experience with strong expertise in both iOS and Android
• Expert proficiency in Swift and Kotlin
• Deep experience with modern mobile UI frameworks such as SwiftUI and Jetpack Compose
• Strong CI/CD and release management experience, including tools like Fastlane and GitHub Actions
• Experience with mobile security best practices, including authentication and secure storage
