Job Summary
As a remote full-time Staff Mobile Software Developer, the candidate will serve as the senior technical authority for mobile platforms across iOS and Android, driving the .NET MAUI strategy, setting implementation standards, and mentoring developers while ensuring application reliability and release health.
Key Responsibilities
- Own mobile architecture end-to-end and guide the consolidation of multiple mobile applications onto a sustainable codebase
- Set technical direction, conduct design and code reviews, and raise engineering standards across teams
- Manage app store releases, implement CI/CD pipelines, and ensure performance and security optimization
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience, with 8+ years in software development
- Advanced experience in mobile application development using .NET MAUI/Xamarin, C#, and native iOS/Android technologies
- Proven ability to define mobile architectures and manage app store releases
- Strong technical leadership and mentoring skills, with experience in fast-paced environments
- Deep expertise in mobile engineering, including cloud platforms and compliance with data privacy regulations
