Staff Motion Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Motion Designer to lead the development and evolution of motion design within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a creative lead to deliver impactful marketing assets while balancing business needs and creative constraints
• Interpret strategic briefs and propose design and motion solutions, iterating based on stakeholder feedback
• Maintain relationships with cross-functional teams to understand collaboration needs and resolve conflicts

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of proven experience in motion design with a strong portfolio
• Deep understanding of motion design principles, editing, and UI/UX
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma
• 3D proficiency (Cinema 4D/Blender) and experience with creative AI workflows are a plus
• Ability to manage personal career development and seek feedback for growth
