Staff Offensive Security Engineer

Job Summary

Driving the long-term technical strategy for offensive security, the full-time Staff Offensive Security Engineer will lead red teaming initiatives, conduct vulnerability research, and establish automated security measures in a remote-friendly environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the long-term vision for continuous security validation across various platforms
• Design and execute complex adversary simulations targeting cloud infrastructure and mobile applications
• Conduct deep-dive vulnerability research to identify critical security flaws and enhance monitoring capabilities

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in offensive security, red teaming, or penetration testing
• Deep understanding of AWS security architecture and related bypass techniques
• Experience with manual code review in languages such as Node.js, Python, or Go
• Proficiency in scripting with Python, Bash, or Go for automation purposes
• Relevant certifications such as OSCP/OSCE or GXPN are valued
