Staff Operations Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the design and reliability of hybrid-cloud and workplace infrastructure, the full-time remote Staff Operations Engineer will drive complex initiatives, set technical direction, and ensure systems are scalable, secure, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve architecture within a defined infrastructure domain while establishing best practices
• Lead delivery of high-impact infrastructure projects and drive performance/reliability improvements
• Collaborate across teams to unify solutions and ensure seamless system integration

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in systems engineering or infrastructure roles
• Strong experience designing and operating production infrastructure, including VMware and Cisco UCS
• Solid expertise in Linux/Unix operating systems and networking fundamentals
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical work across teams
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools
