Staff or Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff or Senior Accountant to support ongoing accounting operations and assist with a major system implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries, bank and account reconciliations
• Assist with variance analysis and monthly close processes
• Support ongoing accounting operations during a key team member's absence

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Solid understanding of full-cycle general ledger accounting
• Proficient in Excel; experience with ERP systems such as Great Plains or D365 preferred
• Self-motivated and deadline-driven in a remote, cross-border team environment
• Strong analytical skills
