Staff Outcome Designer
Job Summary
To build a robust agentic design system platform, the full-time Staff Outcome Designer will architect and develop automated tools, lead exploratory projects on customer experiences, and create quality assurance systems, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and build the agentic design system platform, including components and utilities for Product Designers and Design Engineers
- Develop automated intake and evaluation systems to triage design requests and ensure quality before release
- Lead cross-functional moonshot projects exploring innovative customer experiences using cutting-edge technology
Required qualifications
- Deep experience in building and scaling agentic design systems with automated documentation and governance
- Experience in production infrastructure, including automated pipelines and QA automation
- Familiarity with deployment processes, specifically Docker, EKS (Kubernetes on AWS), and GitHub CI/CD pipelines
- Proven track record in leading ambiguous, cross-functional projects and transforming exploration into tangible results
- Ability to make informed decisions on automation versus human review processes with supporting examples
