Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in HR business partnering or similar consultative roles
- Advanced proficiency in using generative AI for decision support and workflow improvement
- Deep experience in coaching managers through complex performance and employee situations
- Strong ability to influence and collaborate across various organizational levels
- Demonstrated capacity to navigate sensitive employee matters with excellent judgment
