Staff Platform Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Platform Engineer to lead the design and strategy of its infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and evolution of core platform systems
• Own cross-team technical strategy and execute initiatives across multiple teams
• Build and evolve shared platform abstractions to enhance product team efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in designing and evolving large-scale infrastructure systems, particularly with Kubernetes
• Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD systems
• Solid software engineering skills, preferably in the Go ecosystem
• Deep knowledge of networking and systems fundamentals
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives successfully
