Staff Platform Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Platform Engineer - CI/CD & Build Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and evolve scalable CI/CD systems for multi-product release workflows
• Design and build developer tooling, deployment automation, and release orchestration systems
• Lead the engineering strategy for build pipelines and deployment reliability

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in production-grade software engineering infrastructure or CI/CD platforms
• Deep experience with CI/CD systems using tools like GitHub Actions or GitLab CI
• Strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native infrastructure
• Programming and automation experience in Kotlin, Java, Go, Python, or Bash
• Experience operating engineering infrastructure within AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform
