Staff Platform Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Platform Engineer (Pacific Time Zone).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical direction of KMC/PSS, App Builder, and Connector to ensure reliability and security
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop robust systems for onboarding and platform requirements
• Architect and deploy tools for data interoperability and enhance monitoring for platform services

Required Qualifications

• Expert-level backend engineering experience, preferably with Python and FastAPI
• Proven track record in designing core platform systems in a multi-tenant SaaS environment
• Experience with AWS core services and architecting scalable solutions
• Familiarity with modern data platforms and observability design
• Demonstrated ability to drive complex projects and mentor other engineers
