Staff Platform Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Staff Platform Engineer will own and evolve systems for incident handling, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines while working remotely across Latin America.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in incident response and improve monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
• Own and operate core platform systems across AWS, GCP, and Vercel, enhancing reliability and security
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows to reduce risks and increase release velocity

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in platform, DevOps, or SRE-focused roles
• Strong experience operating production systems on AWS, Vercel, and/or GCP
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, preferably with GitHub Actions
• Strong understanding of cloud networking, security fundamentals, and IAM
• Experience with observability tooling, preferably Datadog
