Job Summary
Seeking a highly hands-on Staff Platform Engineer / Platform Architect for a temporary remote position focused on designing and building a new cloud platform from the ground up, requiring expertise in AWS, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and production operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build AWS infrastructure supporting a new cloud-based platform
- Establish and evolve Infrastructure as Code practices using Terraform and related technologies
- Build and maintain CI/CD and automated deployment pipelines
Required Qualifications
- Staff/Principal-level experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Cloud Infrastructure
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS and Infrastructure as Code
- Proficiency in Terraform and TypeScript
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, ideally with GitHub Actions
- Proven experience in building cloud/platform infrastructure from the ground up
