Staff Platform Engineer
Job Summary
To build and drive internal platform automation capabilities, the full-time Staff Platform Engineer will deliver self-service solutions that accelerate engineering across the organization while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive platform automation philosophy, establishing standards for infrastructure automation and developer tooling
- Design and evolve platform architecture, setting patterns for integration and long-term maintainability
- Architect and deliver self-service solutions that enable engineering teams to operate with reduced overhead
Required Qualifications
- Expert-level experience in PHP, with strong proficiency in Go or Python
- Deep Linux systems experience, including administration and infrastructure management at scale
- Proven track record of architecting and operating self-service platform solutions for engineering teams
- Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code, configuration management, and CI/CD pipelines
- Leadership experience influencing and mentoring engineers in shaping technical direction
