Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Platform Manager, AI Personalization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and execution for AI Personalization within the customer support ecosystem
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and measure personalization experiments and define KPIs
• Build and scale the personalization infrastructure to enhance AI's understanding of users across multiple channels

Required Qualifications

• 9+ years of industry experience with a BS/Masters or 6+ years with a PhD in a relevant field
• Deep expertise in AI/ML-powered platforms and strong knowledge of personalization systems
• Experience in designing and interpreting A/B experiments for complex AI systems
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and align them around a shared vision
• Experience shipping consumer-facing AI products with a focus on personalization
