Staff Platform Manager

Job Summary

Owning the platform for AI Assistant reasoning and response, the full-time remote Staff Platform Manager will manage product direction, build new capabilities, and ensure successful outcomes for user interactions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Set product direction for AI Assistant capabilities, aligning vision with senior leaders and partners
• Build and calibrate new features from concept to implementation, ensuring accurate user problem resolution
• Own evaluation strategies and success metrics, diagnosing system failures and driving improvements

Required qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in technology product development, with at least 5 years in product management or a related technical role
• Direct experience shipping generative AI or machine learning products to production
• Hands-on technical depth with the ability to read and debug prompts and author production behavior artifacts
• Proficiency in working with production data and validating analyses
• Experience in designing and calibrating automated model-based evaluations for large language models
