Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Analyst to accelerate its evolution from a single-product transcription company to a comprehensive voice AI platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the analytics strategy for self-serve growth design experiments and drive insights to increase conversion rates
• Build analytics pipelines and dashboards using Superset and Heap Analytics
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to define success metrics and establish analytical best practices

Required Qualifications

• Staff-level expertise in product analytics with a proven ability to lead analytics strategy
• Demonstrated track record of accelerating self-serve or PLG growth, particularly in developer-focused products
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with data warehouses
• Experience designing, running, and analyzing experiments with statistical rigor
• Understanding of developer behavior and API/SDK adoption patterns
