Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Data Analyst to build its Product Intelligence function and manage data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the product data foundation, ensuring reliable and scalable analysis-ready assets
• Develop data-driven recommendations and engaging narratives to inform strategy and drive action
• Create self-serve dashboards for stakeholders to explore data and make informed decisions

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data or product analytics in a B2B SaaS or high-growth technology environment
• Fluency with data analysis and BI tools, including SQL, Python, Snowflake, and Sigma
• Experience designing product instrumentation strategies and ensuring reliable data capture
• Proven ability to build dashboards and visualizations that teams actively use
• Demonstrated experience translating data findings into actionable opportunities for product strategy
