Staff Product Analyst

Job Summary

As a technical leader in a full-time remote capacity, the Staff Product Analyst will manage product measurement strategies, generate proactive insights from complex datasets, and shape product strategy through data synthesis and clear recommendations to senior leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of KPI frameworks and metric definitions to measure user value and business health
• Generate insights by analyzing complex datasets to identify user behaviors and their impact on the business
• Design scalable data foundations in collaboration with Data Engineering and Product teams to enhance analytical infrastructure

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Data Science, or related fields at a Staff, Principal, or Lead level
• Expert proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and BI tools such as Tableau
• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance analytical workflows and ensure data integrity
• Strong analytical judgment with a proven ability to select appropriate methods for ambiguous business problems
• Exceptional communication skills to translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations
