Job Summary
To support the optimization of Okta's Workday platform, the full-time Staff Product Analyst, Workday will manage the end-to-end configuration lifecycle for Benefits and Advanced Compensation, collaborating cross-functionally with various departments while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the Workday configuration lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and adoption
- Lead annual events such as Open Enrollment and Annual Compensation Reviews, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of Workday experience with expertise in Benefits and Advanced Compensation configuration
- Strong understanding of Total Rewards business processes and their impact on user experience
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
- Experience managing a backlog of enhancements and prioritizing competing business needs
- Ability to design and deploy Workday integrations using EIBs and Core Connectors
