Job Summary
Focused on optimizing the global Workday platform, the full-time Staff Product Analyst, Workday Payroll will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of payroll systems, collaborating with stakeholders across People, Payroll, IT, and Finance to enhance automation and efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate on the product vision and multi-year roadmap for Workday Payroll, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
- Act as a strategic partner to translate complex business needs into scalable product requirements and technical specifications
- Lead the design and implementation of integration solutions that prioritize user experience and operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- Extensive understanding of Workday Payroll objects and global HR business processes
- 7+ years of experience in Workday Payroll configurations and integrations
- Strong command of REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, and JSON
- Advanced capability in building custom reports and dashboards
- Experience working in an Agile environment, managing backlogs, and delivering value through iterative cycles
