Staff Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Designer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a best-in-class user experience that is intuitive, engaging, and provides value for users while meeting business objectives
• Conduct lightweight generative and evaluative user research and testing to discover opportunities and determine design direction
• Develop a deep understanding of users and represent their voice to influence product strategy and solutions

Qualifications:

• Deep experience as a user experience designer or similar role creating and building digital products at scale
• Expertise in human-centered design and best practices in digital product design, UX/UI, and interaction design
• Direct experience overseeing the end-to-end design process and developing design systems
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful outcomes and attention to detail
• Fluency in modern product design tools and methods
