Staff Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Designer who can balance hands-on design work with team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the design vision and strategy in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Lead cross-functional ideation sessions and guide teams through the product design process
• Mentor and develop designers, providing feedback and fostering growth in UX and design thinking

Required Qualifications

• 9+ years of product design experience, particularly with complex software solutions
• Expertise in end-to-end UX and product design
• Leadership experience, either through direct management or mentoring designers
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-caliber visual and interaction design work
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent work experience
