Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a hands-on Designer on multiple products
• Growth-oriented and data-driven approach with experience in conversion optimization
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools
• Experience in creating scalable consumer-facing design solutions across platforms
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of design guidelines and best practices
