Staff Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Designer for the Platform & Onboarding Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the roadmap for custom-scoped migrations and self-serve tools
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Customer Success Managers to address customer pain points
• Lead the design process from research and prototyping to high-fidelity UI design

Required Qualifications

• Ability to navigate evolving requirements and refine designs
• Proficiency in design tools, particularly Figma
• Strong understanding of product thinking and measurable outcomes
• Experience conducting user research and usability tests
• Background in B2B or operational SaaS tools
