Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Designer to shape an integrated banking experience through strategic design leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design leaders and staff to ensure a cohesive and innovative design approach
• Mentor junior team members and guide design research to inform decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Interaction Design, UI/UX Design, or related fields
• 6-8 years of experience in user experience, interaction design, and product innovation
• Proven experience leading projects and contributing to multiple shipped digital products
• Ability to develop processes for tackling design problems and uncovering innovative solutions
• Demonstrated application of human-centered design with understanding of business impacts
