Staff Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Designer who will lead complex design initiatives and influence product direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of complex 0-1 new user experiences across workflows, systems, and touchpoints
• Set strategic direction through frameworks, vision work, and design principles that guide teams forward
• Partner with product and engineering leaders to define roadmaps, scope solutions, and ensure quality through delivery

Required Qualifications and Key Competencies

• 8+ years of experience in UX, product design, or interaction design
• Track record of leading 0-1 large-scale design initiatives from exploration through delivery
• Strong systems thinking able to connect patterns and define reusable frameworks
• Fluency in turning research insights into actionable direction and validating designs through data
• Expertise in collaboration, influencing cross-functional decisions and driving alignment
