Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of product design experience, with 2+ years in a senior or staff-level role focused on growth
• A strong portfolio showcasing design craft and impact-oriented projects
• Deep knowledge of product-led growth mechanics and conversion design
• Experience with A/B testing and rapid iteration processes
• Prior management experience or a history of mentoring designers is preferred
