Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for Sales Mode experiences, including project creation and contract signing
• Set a multi-quarter vision and strategy for Sales Mode, aligning business goals with customer needs
• Conduct discovery to identify key problems and design intuitive workflows for multiple user personas

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of product design experience with leadership in complex, cross-functional projects
• Experience simplifying multi-step workflows and designing for B2B constraints
• Strong data fluency to guide design decisions and measure impact
• High standards for interaction design, information architecture, and visual design
• Collaborative leadership skills to influence teams across Product, Engineering, and Sales
