Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Designer, People Product.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end experience design for candidate, employee, manager, and People team journeys
• Conduct user research to uncover needs and translate findings into actionable design insights
• Define information architecture and navigation across multiple systems to unify the employee experience

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of UX design experience, preferably in enterprise or internal systems
• Proven ability to lead design from discovery through delivery across complex workflows
• Strong experience in conducting user research and synthesizing insights into design strategy
• Fluency in designing for hybrid ecosystems integrating SaaS platforms with custom-built tools
• Understanding of accessibility and localization for global, distributed workforces
