Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Designer to lead the design of consumer-facing experiences in the fintech industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and contribute to business objectives
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for various platforms
• Mentor other designers and facilitate collaborative design workshops to ensure design quality

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a hands-on designer on multiple products
• Experience in regulated or compliance-heavy environments
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools
• Experience in creating scalable consumer-facing design solutions across platforms
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of design processes, including WCAG requirements
