Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Designer, Design System.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the design system
• Collaborate with product designers and engineers to ensure features are built on system primitives
• Establish standards, governance, and documentation for system changes and decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of product design experience with deep ownership of a design system at scale
• Strong systems thinker with experience in designing and evolving complex component libraries
• Experience collaborating closely with engineers on component APIs and implementation details
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate in a highly collaborative environment
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making pragmatic decisions on design and implementation
