Staff Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Designer to join their Design team.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and shape products and developer experiences with intentional design choices
• Utilize systems thinking for information architecture and UI patterns
• Design responsive and accessible experiences across multiple platforms, while providing feedback and fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product or service design, or equivalent education and experience
• Experience collaborating with Engineers, Product Managers, and other Designers
• Proven track record in designing complex, multi-workflow SaaS products
• Familiarity with frontend languages and coding concepts
• Experience designing for Large Language Models and AI
