Staff Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Define scalable UX patterns for trading, accounts, KYC, and performance tracking
• Lead the redesign and modernization of Breakout's core web and mobile experiences
• Drive product strategy alongside Product and Engineering, shaping the development of the product

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience, including senior or staff level roles
• Proven experience designing complex, data-heavy, or technical products
• Experience leading large-scale redesigns or modernization initiatives end-to-end
• Deep understanding of UX systems, interaction design, and information architecture
• Strong prototyping skills to validate ideas quickly
