Staff Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Designer (Dev Portal).

Key Responsibilities

• Design exceptional customer experiences and lead complex projects from concept to final UI design
• Understand customer needs and advocate for improvements in the product
• Drive alignment by soliciting diverse perspectives and communicating effectively with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• At least 6+ years of related experience, preferably in a developer tool SaaS product
• A portfolio demonstrating expertise in all phases of design
• Experience in conducting user research and making data-informed design decisions
• Comfort in designing for developer experiences and complex workflows
• Ability to mentor junior design team members and role model best practices
