Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Designer to enhance user experiences on their digital platform.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Interaction Design, UI/UX Design, or related fields
• 7-10 years of experience in user experience and interaction design, with at least 6 years in product development
• Proven experience leading projects and contributing to multiple shipped digital products
• Strong knowledge of design systems and agile methodologies
• Self-directed and proactive with a focus on delivering business value through design
